Baby MOT
Our Baby MOT is a complete and thorough assessment of your baby from head to toe.
Our wonderful physiotherapist Amanda has 15+ years experience working in paediatrics and ensures every session is fun, playful and filled with giggles.
We recommend this service for any baby up to the age of 12 months and you will come away from your appointment with a personalised Baby MOT report highlighting the amazing things your little one is doing. This will include observations of how they are moving and growing as well as any activities that you can do at home to help ensure your baby’s continuing development.
You will also receive a follow-up appointment to review progress and provide further games and activities that will further support you baby’s next steps.
The sessions included in the package are as follows:
- 75 minute Initial Assessment – Amanda will spend 45 minutes with yourself and baby, seeing how they move, looking for their next steps and providing lots of ideas of how you can play with baby at home to help with their continuing development. You will then be provided with a bespoke report that will provide you with all the information regarding your baby’s physical development as well as recommended activities to do at home. This report can also be used for future reference with a GP to aid any further assistance or treatment that may be required.
- 30 minute Follow Up – The follow up appointment will be another opportunity for Amanda to re-assess baby and provide an updated personalised plan of games and activities that will continue to aid their next steps.
